Refund policy
RETURN
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return & return your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new & unused condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All custom orders are non refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@wearitgolf.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable and if you receive a refund, the costs of the return shipping will also be deducted.
REFUND
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for product costs only, on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you do not see the credit within 2 weeks, please call your credit card company.
DAMAGE & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
